Care Coins
Cornwall Partners in Care have partnered with Care Coins to give social care providers in Cornwall free access to a range of health and wellbeing benefits including accredited Mental Health First Aid training as well as counselling and wellbeing sessions for Cornwall’s social care workforce, all led by qualified professionals.
This service, for all social care staff working in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, provides a totally flexible way for people working or volunteering in Cornwall’s social care sector to access to expert advice, invaluable information, and specialist counselling and support that can be tailored to the needs of your service.

All those working in the care sector, whether as a paid care worker, volunteer, retired or informal unpaid carer, can access the Discount for Carers website offering discounts on a range of products and services.

To stop mental health getting to crisis point, try five ways to wellbeing. Doing these daily or weekly will help you feel good.

- Be active – even if it is just 10 minutes of movement a day

- Giving your time to help others is a great mood booster
- Take notice of your environment and make the time to get as much sunlight, fresh air and nature as you can.
