Pendennis House is a truly person centred and bespoke service, supporting 8 incredible adults with a learning disability, autism and mental health to live their best lives. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of exceptional support all whilst enabling and promoting independence.

From their key skills and independent living development to ensuring a worthwhile and stimulating experience through social activities, no two days are the same for our incredible support team and nothing is too much for the amazing people we support. Every day is led by the person themselves to accomplish whatever it may be that they wish to achieve.

All staff are supported through their 3 month probation by experienced staff as well as dedicated and committed management, thus ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to those we support.

Experience is not essential as we seek to recruit those whose attitude, ethos and values match ours. We offer a full and intensive training package to enable you to do the job effectively and total mentoring throughout your role.
