Carers Break

Carers Break CIC are a dynamic, innovative quality Care provider for anyone over 18yrs old.
We were established in 2013 as a Social Enterprise which means that all our activities are designed to benefit our community.
Our services are delivered County wide across Cornwall and are designed around our clients and/or their significant relatives or representatives.
Nothing we provide is ‘off the shelf’ and is tailored around our clients individual needs. Ranging from 1 hour of Home help services and 2hr to 24 hour Care and support we can cover almost all requirements.

As an employer, we believe that happy employees are as important as satisfied customers. We recruit based on personal Character and personal values, following a safe recruitment process.

All staff are paid at living wage foundation rates or above in almost all cases. We recruit from aged 16 and above, offering apprenticeships and a very comprehensive training programme.
