These roles are personally assisting somebody to achieve their goals, gain independence and/or manage their daily lives; These will be self-funded by the family or person, or they may receive a Direct payment from Cornwall council. *
Location: Redruth
Lady seeks a personal assistant to support her at home and to access the community. She loves swimming and has a dog and young daughter.
Female required
Support required:
· Domestic support – including gradual deep clean of home
· Accessing the community – trips out e.g. swimming
· Support going to hospital appointments
Hourly rate of pay: £15.51
Hours per week: 7 – potential to increase
Working schedule: Can be flexible and discussed at the interview stage. This can include evenings, days, and weekends.
Essential:
· Enhanced DBS
· Eligibility to work in the UK
· Driving Licence
· Public Liability Insurance
· Must be self-employed
· Flexibility to cover
· Someone with patience and empathy
· Someone who is active
· Organisational skills
Desirable:
· SEN experience
