The Manse is centrally situated in the village of St. Newlyn East. There are regular buses to local villages, Truro and Newquay. Situated in the heart of the village it is close to the village shops, Parish and Methodist churches, post office, public house, bus stop and local clubs. .

All rooms comply with the special standards laid down in the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. All have en-suite facilities.

They are fully furnished including a colour TV if required. We encourage residents to bring their own special possessions, whether furniture, pictures or ornaments to make their room individual and personal. It is expected that staff and visitors knock and wait to be invited into service user’s rooms.

On the ground floor there is a lounge with conservatory off, a separate dining room, plus catering kitchen, laundry, office and various store rooms.

On the first floor there is a further lounge/dining room which has views to Newquay and the sea.

The Manse has three bathrooms, one fitted with a level floor shower unit, two fitted with lifting aides. There are front and rear stairs both with stair lifts.

Outside there is level access to the building and an enclosed garden area which has been designed so that it is easily accessible to all. There is off street parking for visitors at the front of the building.
