Penwith Respite Care Ltd / PRC Outreach

PRC Outreach was established in 1997 as a not-for-profit company to provide care and support to people with a learning disability, both in their own homes and in the community.

PRC will promote choice, respect, and person-centred support for every client. We will enable our clients to have control over their support and we will promote their independence both at home and in the community.

We will provide appropriately trained staff matched with each client’s needs. Our staff will promote our values and engage in appropriate inclusive care and activities with each client.

We will respect the dignity, privacy, and human rights of every client.

Our premises are situated in the heart of Penzance. We have a full cafe style kitchen facility, a meeting room and a ‘Changing Places’ facility, providing a hoist and trolley within a spacious disabled toilet.
