Job Description: Area Manager – Join Bluebird Care!
Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Area Manager to lead a team of support workers, delivering high-quality homecare services across the St Ives & Hayle areas in Cornwall.
About the Role: As an Area Manager, you will manage and mentor your team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care. Your role will involve a combination of office-based duties and hands-on support in the community, including covering shifts when needed and being part of the on-call rota.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in homecare or a similar care setting
- Strong background in team management and mentoring
- Experience in managing rotas and quality assurance
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
- Passion for providing tailored, customer-focused care
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication skills in English
