Personal Care – Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support service users with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Health Monitoring – Observe and report changes in service users’ health and behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals – inline with GDPR.
Assist with medication management and ensure service users adhere to their prescribed regimens.
Emotional and Social Support- Provide companionship and emotional support to our service users, encouraging social interaction and engagement.
Facilitate and encourage participation in recreational and social activities tailored to clients’ interests.
Outcome-Focused Care- Collaborate with service users and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans. Regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Documentation and Reporting- Maintain accurate records of care provided, service users’ progress, and any incidents or changes in condition.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration- Work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and support staff to coordinate care and share information.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance care practices and organizational goals.
Hours – Part-time or full-time – Flexibility in work hours or set rolling hours, including evenings, days or nights, and every other weekend.

Essential Skills:Experience- Previous experience in a care support role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided and be willing to complete a comprehensive Health and Social Care Care Certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills where able to build a good rapport with the service users, their families, colleagues, and other integrated professionals.
Empathy and compassion for our service users’ needs and experiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
