Waking Night Support Role

We are currently looking for full time/part time support workers to join our waking night team within our local Supported Living Service.

Shift start at 9pm and finish at 8am.

You’ll join our support team in a supported living house close to Redruth/Camborne train stations, helping the people we support to live their lives in the way they choose.

The emphasis of this role is to provide support to the existing night worker, encouraging healthy sleep hygiene. You may support people at times with their personal care and medication.

Light cleaning duties are part of the night waker role.

You’ll need to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and a positive, outgoing ‘can-do’ approach.

You must share our values and be respectful of people’s differences, you must be committed to helping others develop and grow whilst supporting your team.
