As a long-established family owned and operated local care provider Caresta Ltd, trading as West Cornwall Care has been serving the community since 1987, a period of 37 years.  Due to huge demand locally for homecare services we are seeking additional team members to work across Penzance, Hayle and surrounding areas.

West Cornwall Care is a well respected Domicillary Care Service which supports, and promotes a positive culture that is person-centred, open, inclusive and empowering.

We actively involve and encourage our clients, their family and friends to engage in developing a bespoke plan of care, by empowering our clients to help plan and choose their own care with flexibility.

We support our clients throughout the day from 07.00 am, but we especially need people able to work evenings between 16.00 pm and 22.00 pm and weekends. We have a range of flexible shifts available: 07.00 am – 14.00 pm and/or  16.00 pm – 22.00 pm.

Be part of our friendly and professional team who deliver high quality unhurried care without pressure, care based on the unique needs of each client supporting them with personal care, domestic help, and companionship. Minimum 30 minute visits as per CQC quality statements.
