HOURS:
Fixed or flexible- Full time roles available- Days , nights, weekends and evening work available.
We provide a minimum of one hour assignments for our home help service but everything else we do is a minimum of 2 hours up to 12 hour shifts.
Job role:
We Care for and support a very wide range of clients from aged 18yrs to over 100yrs. Each client will be very different in their support needs ranging from Social outreach to end of life care and everything in between. The role will have great variety and we match staff and clients as closely as possible depending on age, experience, skills and personality. You will have brilliant face to face training for everything we ask you to do.
Things we do:
Full care and support for the most vulnerable with complex care needs.
We take people swimming, roller skating, to the beach, to events, shopping, socialising, baking and batch cooking, attractions, museums, for coffee and so much more…even to the pub in some cases to watch live bands.
Home help services to include…cleaning, washing, cooking, ironing, shopping, companionship, bed changes, dog walking, pet feeding and much more.

Essential Skills:You will be a driver with a valid driving licence, Business insurance cover ( often cheaper, but we will pay the difference with proof of cover), current MOT certificate and use of a car (where applicable) or other mode of transport.
