This role will involve appropriate administration of the service to support an effective provision of services to the people we support.

This role is designed to support the team in the smooth running of operations, and to ensure background administration is being coordinated and that the office is running smoothly.

The position is 16 hours per week

• Experience in administration within a health and social care setting.
• Organisational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Possess a high standard of written English, be able to write emails and spell and punctuate accurately
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to plan, organise and manage effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and succeed.
• Possess good customer service skills, with resilience to people we support who have the potential to be verbally challenging.
• I.T. literacy, including Microsoft office and willingness to learn to use our cloud-based email and Care Planning Software System – currently Care Control
• Ability to keep records in a methodical and organised way.
• Experience and understanding of GDPR compliance and implementation
• Experience of the CQC fundamental standards

Good basic numerate and literacy skills

Understanding of Microsoft IT systems, including; word, outlook, excel, teams
