These roles are personally assisting somebody to achieve their goals, gain independence and/or manage their daily lives; These will be self-funded by the family or person, or they may receive a Direct payment from Cornwall council. *
Location: Callington
Gentleman seeks a friendly self-employed personal assistant or cleaner to support with all domestic and general support within his home. Client lives in Callington and his home is accessible via the numbers 74 & 79 bus route. You will be supporting this client to maintain their home with all housework tasks.
Support required:
· Hands on support with all basic activities of daily living
· Support with household tasks; dishes, hoovering, dusting
· Company and companionship
Hourly rate of pay: £15
Hours per week: 2 hours per week
Working schedule: Monday – Friday between school hours or weekends where times can be flexible
Essential:
– A proactive and caring approach; willing to adapt to the needs of the person you are supporting
– Patient, reliable and punctual
– References
– Valid DBS
Desirable:
– Level 2 or 3 in Adult social care
