These roles are personally assisting somebody to achieve their goals, gain independence and/or manage their daily lives; These will be self-funded by the family or person, or they may receive a Direct payment from Cornwall council. *

Young, adventurous woman seeks a personal assistant to accompany her on her explorations. As a wheelchair user, she values independence and is looking for someone to facilitate her outings.
Support required:
· Access to community activities – cinema, theme parks, clubbing, concerts, theatre etc.
· Light personal care
Hourly rate of pay: £12 plus mileage
Working schedule:
Schedule and hours to be discussed during the interview stage. Hours are flexible and the ideal candidate must have weekend and evening availability. This position will be part time.
Essential:
· Driving Licence and proficient driving skills
· Someone who is outgoing, adventurous and open to engaging in a range of activities
· Someone who is reliable, motivated, and punctual
Desirable:
· Valid DBS
· Previous experience in a support role
