These roles are personally assisting somebody to achieve their goals, gain independence and/or manage their daily lives; These will be self-funded by the family or person, or they may receive a Direct payment from Cornwall council. *
Location: St Ives, Cornwall
Lady with dementia seeks a personal assistant to support her weekly at home.
Support required:
· Personal care – support with showering and dressing
· Going out for walks and/or going for a coffee
Hourly rate of pay: £20
Hours per week: 2
Working schedule: Saturdays – 10am – 12pm
Essential:
· Valid DBS
· Public Liability Insurance
· Must be self-employed
Desirable:
· Previous experience working with people with dementia
