Recruitment fairs and hiring events offer you the opportunity to meet employers and hear from people already working in care about what their job involves. Speaking to someone with lived experience and being able to ask the questions that are important to you can help you decide if a career in social care is right for you.

Proud to Care work closely with local Job Centres, colleges and universities, and other organisations across Cornwall. We regularly attend events with social care providers from the community to raise awareness of the jobs available in social care and to support people in to work.
