Five ways to wellbeing

To stop mental health getting to crisis point, try five ways to wellbeing. Doing these daily or weekly will help you feel good.

  1.  Connect with others
  2. Be active – even if it is just 10 minutes of movement a day
  3. Learn something new
  4. Giving your time to help others is a great mood booster
  5. Take notice of your environment and make the time to get as much sunlight, fresh air and nature as you can.
