Robyn started in Home Care when she was 18, working part-time hours alongside her Access to Health and Social Care diploma. She quickly realised how rewarding it was and how much she enjoyed it. Moving on to university, Robyn gained a degree in Health, Welfare and Social Sciences alongside a promotion to deputy manager with her work, before becoming a registered manager. Following her return to work after maternity leave she took on the role of regional manager.
