The adult social care sector is vital to our communities, yet care work is too often undervalued and misunderstood. Research highlights the need to reframe care as a respected, professional career of choice by strengthening professional identity, improving visibility, and challenging outdated stereotypes.

This 3-hour interactive session is designed specifically for care workers who want to take ownership of their professional brand and use LinkedIn as a tool to showcase their skills, values and contributions. Building a strong personal brand is not about self-promotion; it is about helping others – colleagues, employers, and the wider public – to recognise the expertise, compassion, and professionalism that care workers bring to society.

What You’ll Learn

Through guided activities, discussion, and practical exercises, participants will:
