About the role: Are you an enthusiastic, positive and proactive individual with a passion for supporting people? At Corserv Care we are hiring and looking for a new team member who has great communication skills and a passion for working in a supportive role. We need a colleague who has empathy and caring characteristics, who will support adults with learning and physical disabilities achieve their best outcomes possible.
In this key role, you'll provide vital assistance to people across all aspects of their daily living. This will include dignity and respect for personal care, using a person-centred support plan to enable individuals to engage in activities which promote independence and choice, and supporting with confidence and personal growth, in both our day centre and out in the community.
