About the role

As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the overall running of the service, ensuring care delivery meets organisational standards and regulatory requirements. You will provide visible leadership, develop and support staff, and maintain strong relationships with service users, families and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

– Leading day-to-day management duties such as:
– Ensuring the service meets CQC standards and other relevant regulatory frameworks
– Maintaining accurate records, policies and procedures and ensuring documentation is up to date
– Managing and supporting staff through supervision, appraisal and development
– Overseeing recruitment, induction and rostering to deliver safe and effective care
– Conducting quality audits, spot checks and action-planning to drive improvements
– Managing budgets, service metrics and contractual requirements
– Responding to incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns in line with policy
– Building positive relationships with service users, families, commissioners and partner agencies
– Promoting a culture of person-centred care, dignity and respect at all times
