Complex Community Carer – Penryn

We are looking for compassionate, resilient carers to support a young woman with complex and high-risk mental health needs to live a full and meaningful life. This is a challenging and emotionally demanding role, but also a highly rewarding one.
- 24-hour care package with 12-hour day & night shifts
- Always double-handed – work alongside another carer at all times
- Multiple positions available to cover all shifts

Make a real difference in a role that truly matters. You’ll be providing support to an individual to enjoy life; this can include water-based activities, spa days, festivals, and getting out into the community, as well as providing consistent support at home. You will never be working alone—this is a double-handed package, meaning you’ll always be supported by another carer on shift. There is no personal care involved. This role is about building trust, providing emotional support, and enabling independence.
