About the role

A typical day at Calton House will include supporting our amazing clients to access the community and be able to undertake activities that meet their own individual needs. These could include social activities such as trips to local tourist attractions, cinema and theatre outings, eating out or even supporting them to go on holidays in the UK or abroad.
In addition to social activities, as a support worker you will be closely involved in ensuring that clients’ activities of daily living needs are met.

You will support our clients with meal planning, shopping, attending medical appointments, support in preparing meals and encouraging them to maintain their home environment.
