The Old Roselyon Domiciliary Care Agency is looking to expand its workforce!!!
We are looking for staff to join our happy and experienced team to continue to provide excellent care in the community to the elderly, who choose to stay in their own homes. Constantly promoting independence, dignity and respect to those we care for.
Purpose of the role:
To deliver high-quality, person-centred care to elderly service users with physical disabilities, in accordance with individual care plans and agreed timeframes. This includes assistance with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily living activities within the safety and comfort of the client’s home.

Ideal candidate
We are looking for someone kind, compassionate, willing to learn, with a desire to care. Ideally with an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable). If you are not qualified, we support you to complete the Care Certificate within 6 months of employment.
Skills necessary for this role:
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Good observational and reporting abilities.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining respectful and professional relationships.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driving license

The Nursing home has 30 registered beds, full-time nursing for the elderly, palliative and EOL care.
We also provide respite, form a week onwards, and day care.
The Domiciliary care agency provides care to the elderly within their own homes, supporting with independence whilst staying person centred. we cover the following areas – Par, Fowey, Carlyon Bay, Tywardreath, tregrehan, st austell, lostwitihel.
