Make a Difference in Someone’s Lives/Home, Every Day
We are expanding our Bank Support Worker team to provide safe, effective, values-led support to adults living independently in their own homes across Cornwall. If you are caring, committed, and passionate about delivering person-centred support on a one-to-one basis, we would love to welcome you into our team.

Our organisation is built on strong values, compassion and integrity.
“Every member of staff promotes loyalty, honesty, commitment to high-quality care…” and we continue to uphold this across all our services.

About the Role
As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide flexible, responsive support to service users with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will work in familiar community environments, helping individuals live well, safely and independently.
Your support may include:
• Delivering values-based, person-centred care in people’s own homes
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice
• Providing emotional support, social engagement and practical assistance
• Following structured support plans and positive behaviour approaches
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding appropriately to concerns
• Maintaining clear, accurate and professional care records
• Upholding safeguarding responsibilities and safe lone-working practices

You will be supporting service users across Helston, Truro, Camborne, Longrock and Penzance, so flexibility and confidence travelling between locations is essential.

We have a variety of shifts times and days, but there is a peak in need over weekends. Having weekend availability, over a two week rota is desirable.
