About the role
We are looking for 2 Crisis Keyworker's to flexibly and proactively manage a caseload of individuals experiencing homelessness and/or complex needs, providing individualised, strengths-based support within the Psychologically Informed Environments and Trauma Informed Care frameworks.
Coastline’s Homeless Service is passionate about breaking down stigma and barriers to the people we support. We provide crisis accommodation, a community hub for people experiencing homelessness, supported accommodation, accommodation for families, move on and outreach support, and a dedicated harm reduction/activities and inclusion team.
In addition, we provide support to customers with eligible care and support needs through our Housing Support Services contract. This support is focused on enabling individuals to maintain their independence and does not include the provision of personal care.
