About Calton House Ltd

Calton House provides person centred support services for younger adults with learning disabilities or mental health diagnosis. We champion quality community support services and would like to welcome motivated and compassionate people to join our dedicated team. We strive to enrich the lives of those we support to be as fulfilled and independent as possible, or as they wish.

A typical day for a support worker at Calton house can include the following:

· Helping to organise and cook nutritional meals
· Supporting with home tasks – guide with housework, organising laundry, admin
· Accessing the community – escort to shopping, beach, community events and a variety of exciting and fun days out
· Prompt and support with medication (where required)

All our staff are supported by experienced team leaders and care managers. We have a strong team ethos where you will find an inviting, friendly and welcoming environment.
