Calton House provides person centred support services for younger adults with learning disabilities or mental health diagnosis. A typical day for a support worker at Calton house can include the following:

· Helping to organise and cook nutritional meals
· Supporting with home tasks – guide with housework, organising laundry, admin
· Accessing the community – escort to shopping, beach, community events and a variety of exciting and fun days out
· Prompt and support with medication (where required)
