What training or development opportunities do you offer?
All staff are supported through their 3 month probation by experienced staff as well as dedicated and committed management, thus ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to those we support.
Experience is not essential as we seek to recruit those whose attitude, ethos and values match ours.
