At Active Care in the Home, we’ve spent over 25 years providing top-quality care in people’s homes, and we’re looking for passionate people to join our team!
This isn’t domiciliary care. You’ll work 1:1 with one client, delivering full, consistent shifts in their home—no rushing between visits.
But working with us is about more than health care—you’ll have the chance to support the whole person, including their social and emotional wellbeing.
We support adults, children and young people with a wide range of conditions, from brain or spinal injuries to neurological or digestive needs, including PEG feeding.
From day one, you’ll be valued, supported, and empowered to help people live independently, reach their goals, and enjoy life!
