Carers Break CIC are a dynamic, innovative quality Care provider for anyone over 18yrs old.
We were established in 2013 as a Social Enterprise which means that all our activities are designed to benefit our community.
Our services are delivered County wide across Cornwall and are designed around our clients and/or their significant relatives or representatives.

All staff are paid at living wage foundation rates or above in almost all cases.

Nothing we provide is ‘off the shelf’ and is tailored around our clients individual needs. Ranging from 1 hour of Home help services and 2hr to 24 hour Care and support we can cover almost all requirements.

What training or development opportunities do you offer?
We recruit from aged 16 and above, offering apprenticeships and a very comprehensive training programme.
We have a very comprehensive training programme working woith 'Trusted Traing for Care' that includes everything you need to be a superb Care and Support worker. We dont believe that mandatory training is enough so we go further, much further. You will be the best trained staff in the County.
We also work with Dynamo Healthcare training to provide fully funded apprenticeaships at Level 2, 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care, operations management and Leadership and Management.
