Chy-an-Towans is a small independently run care home supporting adults with learning disabilities to live a full life, we do our utmost to offer a home for life, ensuring a sense of security for those that reside here.
Working in a friendly team or independently providing 1-1 support, you will enable the people you support to increase their independence in and outside of the home in all aspects of their daily lives. Also, at night supporting the team by completing various practical duties which help the team maintain high standards of cleanliness and homeliness.

Shifts are agreed on an individual basis depending on the right candidate’s availability. This could be potentially to fit in with school hours or evenings/weekends. We will be happy to consider anyone that wants Part time/Night shifts/Full time hours.

What we offer / Why work with us?
1 treatment per month up to the value of £45 as a benefit in kind from The Little Massage Clinic in Scorrier or monthly membership to Bornefit Gym.
We also integrate our payroll process with the Early Pay app allowing staff members to withdraw part of their wages ahead of payday.
