What training or development opportunities do you offer?

All staff receive a comprehensive induction, including completion of the Care Certificate, and mandatory training in safeguarding, medication, moving and handling, infection control, first aid, and health and safety.
We offer regular refresher training, competency assessments, and supervision to support safe and effective practice. Staff also have access to specialist training such as dementia care, autism awareness, end-of-life care, catheter care, and mental health support.
We actively encourage career progression, supporting staff to achieve nationally recognised qualifications in Health and Social Care and develop into senior, supervisory, or leadership roles within the organisation.
