What training or development opportunities do you offer?
All relevant and compulsory training is provided during our induction process and is refreshed periodically or as needed. In addition, there are a wider range of available online sessions that we can support you with if you wanted some training in more specific areas.
For all care positions, its important that our staff complete their Care Certificate, if they haven't already. This is again provided via an online platform, which we will assist with during the employment process.
We also support people to complete relevant NVQ's if they wish to progress in their career. We find companies that provide this, arrange meetings or similar so you can find out about the course and help you with any course enrolments. Please note however, that we only assist with the process and support where we can, but the NVQ's are not provided through the company.
