Home Instead Mid Cornwall provides exceptional home care and companionship services to older people across Mid Cornwall, helping clients remain independent and connected to their communities.

Our team supports people with companionship, personal care, dementia care, meal preparation, medication support and specialist care, always focusing on building genuine relationships and delivering person-centred support. What's special about us

We will continually improve pay and rewards. We are investing in our Care Professional training and development and we are improving shift patterns to help with work/life balances.

We have guaranteed hours contracts. We pay Travel Allowance for the structure 15 minute gaps between our 1 hour visits so no rushing. We pay mileage at 45p a mile over the 1st 10 miles in a day.

As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will be properly introduced to any new client you help and we use shadow visits to build experience and confidence.
