About Penrice House (St Austell) LTD
Penrice House was established as a Residential Care Home in 1978, as a registered charity by the Trustees of Mrs Rosemary Cobold Sawle.
The House is a Grade 2 Star listed building.
Situated in its own beautiful grounds, approximately one and a half miles from St. Austell’s town centre. The Home is approached by a private drive, some three-quarters of a mile long, through a combination of flowering shrubs and woodland. Seating is placed along the driveway and around the grounds.
The Care Manager Mrs Rowe-Hall & Penrice House pride themselves on offering a highly professional care service for the elderly, with a personal touch.
At Penrice House we recognise that the staff play the most important role in the service that we provide to our residents. All staff are screened with DBS checks and references taken up for all staff prior to employment.
Staff who are new to care undergo an induction programme overseen by experienced members of the team.
