About Tender Loving Care SW Ltd
Tender Loving Care is a small friendly care company that employs carers to help people stay safe and comfortable in their own homes, promoting independence. TLC has a ‘ GOOD’ quality rating with the CQC and has been in operation since 2005. Tender Loving Care want to employ people who are kind and compassionate and have the patience and time to make a real difference to someone’s day. If you have had previous experience, you will be supported by a senior member of staff to ease you into the company. If you are new to care, you will be paired up with a senior member of staff who will take you through an induction phase and support you to complete the Care Certificate.
Preferably you would be a driver with a car, but we do sometimes employ non drivers. You would be expected to work alternate weekends. We run a 2 week rolling rota so you would always have the same days off.
Areas covered are from St Columb Major to Padstow and all the villages in between, Fraddon and Indian Queens.
