Upcoming Workshops

Menopause and Mental Health Awareness

A 1-hour workshop designed to give a deeper understanding of:

  • What is meant by menopause
  • Signs and symptoms and how they may affect our physical and mental health
  • Practical tools to help you feel confident in supporting your own wellbeing and that of your colleagues and/or family
  • Perimenopause and menopause will affect all women and those in their life, either at home or in the workplace
