“David and I previously worked together at Trewidden and when I was transferred to our sister home Karenza, David wanted to join me. David was so sad to be leaving colleagues, and more so the residents that he had formed fabulous relationships with, he now works across both sites. David doesn’t drive and therefore spends up to 3 hours on the bus to ensure the residents at Trewidden can be supported by a familiar face and 3 hours back home following his night shifts! He is ALWAYS! Smiling and is an absolute pleasure to work alongside.”
