About the role

Care Assistant required along with experience is preferred, along with flexibility and appropriate qualifications with a view to progression.
The role includes 30 hours over five days per week, compromising of shifts of either 08:00-14:00 and 16:00-22:00 over a seven day rota.
Caring for up to 25 Residents within a good team.
Uniforms and meals are provided for.

A typical day

As a Care Assistant, you will be essential in delivering compassionate support to individuals in care homes or through home care services. Reporting to the Head of Care, your role involves assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of clients. Core skills in communication and IT will enhance your ability to connect with clients and document their needs effectively.
