About the role

Care Assistant (Bank) required along with experience is preferred, along with flexibility and appropriate qualifications with a view to progression.

A typical day

Shifts are either 08:00-14:00 or 16:00-22:00. We are offering you the chance to become part of our wonderful team within the high-quality care environment of Tregolls Manor Care Home. We would like to hear from you if this sounds appealing and you have skills and knowledge to bring.
Caring for up to 25 Residents within a good team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant (Bank), you will be essential in delivering compassionate support to Residents. Reporting to the Head of Care, your role involves assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of clients. Core skills in communication and IT will enhance your ability to connect with clients and document their needs effectively.
