About the role

Job Purpose

The Communication Support Assistant will play a key role in supporting effective communication across the organisation. The successful candidate will assist with internal and external communications, help maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, and support the delivery of marketing, recruitment, and engagement initiatives.

This role would suit someone who is a strategic thinker, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Support the development and delivery of internal and external communications.
Assist with creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, recruitment campaigns, and company updates.
Maintain professional communication with staff, clients, families, and external partners.
Support the planning and coordination of company events, campaigns, and community engagement activities.
Assist with preparing presentations, reports, meeting notes, and other business documentation.
Monitor communication channels and ensure enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with management to promote the Flourish Homecare brand and values.
Support recruitment and staff engagement initiatives where required.
Help identify opportunities to improve communication processes and stakeholder engagement.
Undertake additional administrative and communication-related duties as required.
