Pentowan Home Care is recruiting now, with full-time and part-time positions available.
🕒 Hours:
Various shifts available from 10–40 hours per week, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
📍 Areas covered:
Newquay, Crantock and St Columb Major
💙 Experience not required
No previous experience is needed as full training and ongoing support are provided and fully paid for. All you need is a caring nature and your own transport.
🚗 What the role involves:
You’ll be visiting clients in their own homes, providing personalised support which may include:
• Personal care
• Supporting nutritional needs
• Medication support
• Shopping
• Emotional support
• Help with daily tasks
📈 Development & progression:
Training is ongoing and paid for, with opportunities to progress further if you wish.
💷 Pay & benefits:
• Various rates of pay depending on experience and qualifications
• All roles paid at least the Real Living Wage
• 45p per mile petrol allowance
• Paid travel time
• Phone allowance
