About Alexandras Community Care

At Alexandras Community Care, great care starts with great people.

We provide expert, person-centred support that helps people stay safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

We are proud to have hardworking teams who go the extra mile, not only for the people they support, but for each other too. Care can be challenging, but having a team around you that supports, encourages and celebrates one another makes all the difference.

We are also a team that likes to get involved. From team building events to local office challenges, we create opportunities for our teams to have fun, celebrate each other and feel part of something bigger.

With five local offices in Penzance, Redruth, Truro, Penryn and St Austell, we are looking for kind, reliable and compassionate people to join us across Mid and West Cornwall.

Whether you are completely new to care or already have experience, we will support you with training, guidance and opportunities to grow.

If you are caring, hardworking and want a role where you can make a real difference every day, we would love to hear from you.

Join Alexandras Community Care and be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and makes care feel personal.
