Dealing with daily occurrences and matters arising.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Directors of the company for,
Management of the operation and quality assurance of the provision of care at the home.
Compliance with CQC Regulations and current legislation.
Line management of 40 staff across 6 functional departments to including; administration, nursing, care, catering, housekeeping and maintenance.
