A home, not just a service

Our St Teresa's service supports adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex care needs. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every day brings new opportunities – whether that’s celebrating a personal milestone, supporting a medical need, or helping someone achieve more independence.

Your working hours

Our Registered Nurses work 12-hour shifts, with day shifts running from 7:30am–8:00pm and night shifts from 7:30pm–8:00am. We also offer flexible options, including full-time, part-time, and half-day shifts.

Half-day shift examples include:

• 7:30am–2:00pm

You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

About Leonard Cheshire

Supporting people for over 65 years, Leonard Cheshire Disability is a leading charitable provider of care and support for disabled people in the UK. Our mission is to help disabled people across the country, live the way they want to live and reach their full potential.

It is Leonard Cheshire’s belief that every person should be equally valued in society, have the opportunity and support to live independently and feel free to contribute and join in with the community in which they live. This belief is central to everything that we do and forms of the heart of our charitable organisation.

As part of the international, Global Alliance of Leonard Cheshire charities, we join together to improve the lives of people with a disability not only in the UK but in over 54 countries worldwide. Standing united with disabled people, we campaign to bring about positive change and to challenge societies perception of disabled people, putting an end to ignorance and discrimination.
