Join Our Team at Corserv Care as a Scheduler/Discharge Coordinator (Temporary Maternity Cover)
Salary: £26,500
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed term contract 10 months – Maternity Cover

About the role: Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting people and processes? We're looking for a proactive Scheduler Discharge Coordinator to join our dynamic STEPs team. In this key role, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues from different teams, disciplines and partner organisations in order to provide a seamless service to individuals/families/carers.

Ideal candidate
Minimum Level 3 qualification in health, social care or relevant areas or the capacity and willingness to work towards appropriate qualifications
Knowledge and experience of relevant legislation, policy and principles, including Social Care and Human Rights legislation and Person-Centred care policies and practices and applies in all day to day activities
Demonstrates good skills and abilities of electronic programming/rota systems plus experience of Microsoft Office packages
Experience in social care with adults in need of support services and their families or a demonstrable commitment to adult social care
