All support workers receive full training, including a fully paid 3-week induction, and support from experienced managers while shadowing colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
This salary is based on a 40-hour contract, the rate of £27,040.00 per annum includes one sleep-in per week and an average of 16 hours over alternate weekends.
The hourly rate equates to £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Monday to Friday up to 17:00 and £15.00 per hour from 17:00 on Friday to 08:00 on Monday.
We understand that this may not suit everyone’s needs, and we are happy to discuss different hours and additional sleep-ins to accommodate your requirements.
