Key Responsibilities
Adapt to individual needs and contribute to care plan development.
Build effective, trusting relationships with the people we support.
Identify, report, and minimise risks to ensure a safe environment.
Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
Maintain safe, clean, and well-maintained residential environments.
Keep accurate and confidential records and reports.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all privileged information.
Attend team meetings and essential training sessions.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
