Amazing Job Opportunity – Support Worker (Female Only, Driver Required)
Locations: Redruth & Falmouth Packages (approximately 10 miles apart)
We are thrilled to offer a rewarding opportunity to join our established team, supporting three of our lovely service users across our Redruth and Falmouth packages. With only around 10 miles between the two locations, this role provides variety, consistency, and the chance to make a meaningful impact every day.
🚗 About the Role
- Full-time position with a stable rolling rota
- Every other weekend off, supporting a healthy work–life balance
- Support 3 service users across both packages
- Driving required – you’ll use the service users’ own vehicles for outings, activities, and appointments
Female applicants only, as requested for personal care and support needs
