About Karrek Community CIC
Karrek is a not-for-profit Home Care company supporting vulnerable people and their families in Cornwall. We provide 3 different services:
Karrek Community (supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health concerns, and brain injury)
Karrek Care (providing support to the older population)
Karrek Lifestyles (24/7 live-in support for vulnerable individuals in their own homes)
If you are looking for a job that makes a real difference to peoples’ lives, Karrek is the place for you to embark on this journey.
Experience is Health and Social Care is not essential as we are looking for the right people with the right characteristics, and we will provide full training and support. In addition, experienced support workers will initially work alongside you on ‘shadow shifts’ to show you the ropes, and our management team will continually support you as you develop in your role.
