Ideal candidate
Current right to work in the UK
An understanding of reablement care, care provision, domiciliary care
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic IT Skills
Empathy and a passion to support others
Excellent attention to detail
Great time management
You must have a FULL DRIVING LICENCE that’s valid to drive in the UK and a vehicle

Corserv Care brings together existing services, TEC Services, STEPS Reablement service, Care and Support, Day Opportunities, Respite Services, Proper Job Café and Employment Services under one brand, to improve the quality, capacity and resilience of the care market in Cornwall.
A typical day
Your job will be to maintain accurate and factual records as a legal requirement in order to evidence and communicate actions and outcomes effectively to others, maintaining safe working practices as a lone worker or doubled handed working, to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of service users, self and others. Monitoring the health, wellbeing and progress of service users and report any concerns/changes back to management in order to protect and safeguard vulnerable adults.
You will ensure a positive and flexible approach to the variety of tasks within the role, including supporting service users with their daily living skills, personal care, meal preparation, medication support and exercises. Working with families, healthcare professionals and occupational therapists and supporting service users to access community opportunities. You will operate in accordance with the diverse needs of the community to ensure equal access to services and be responsible for your continuous development and to undertake relevant training as required.
